Safe and clean. I've been parking here for almost two years and they did significant upgrades since. There is an underground part (5 floors) and upper part (7 levels) to it which is not heated in winter. The security people are friendly and it feels like they know almost everyone in the parking. The spaces are big enough and usually the drivers respect the spaces. I recommend! :)

Way cheaper than you think. Stayed more than 48h without moving the car during the weekend and it costed 31$. I recommend that parking.

One of the cheapest parking garages in downtown montreal, and there always seems to be lots of space.

Great location but pricing is $5 higher than other places that I have parked for 24 hours, $30. You can park for 12 hours for $20; I am not sure of the hourly rate as I was staying overnight. It would be nice to find a place for a 2-3 day stay at a lower price but no luck finding anything yet.
